[Potion Sipper] Faerie warp

Ironed out one of the sipper character concepts I had! 

This sipper is unusually small and is especially proficient/feeds on teleportation magic. They meet the criteria for becoming a hi-potion sipper except they are genetically incapable of developing the needed crystals (perhaps it is related to their stunted growth). They are very curious and like to observe others up-close, but they are also shy and will warp away as soon as they notice their presence has been detected.
