After working on commissions yesterday I took a break and made myself this cutie! The colors were actually an accident more than anything, I was playing around with colored screen overlays and found this and thought it was way too cute? It feels retro-ey to me for some reason, I like it way more than the colors I was going to use! I know they're nothing like either poke'mon's original or shiny colors... I'll just call it a shiny or variant and leave the colors like this anyways though! I'll probably update this later if I think of a nickname/nature and personality/movesets ect.

Although they're a hybrid, their lapras genes are dominant (their mother was the lapras) their typing is probably water/psychic or ice/psychic!
