Attention!

This is not your average poke'mon hybrid, they are designed to be more unique looking than a regular vaporeon/goldeen hybrid. I have created them to be a one-of-a-kind, personal character for myself. Obviously, I'm not stopping others from creating vaporeon/goldeen hybrids for themselves, and there are bound to be similarities, but please don't intentionally base your design off of mine. I hope this is understandable, thank you for reading.

Water type
Vaporeon (hybrid vaporeon/goldeen/wailmer with vaporeon dominant genes)
Jolly nature; somewhat of a clown

Moves he might know:
Muddy Water - Orrin squirts water at the ground and plays with the mud before remembering he's supposed to be fighting. Might as well make best of the situation and fling some of the muddied water at the opponent
Horn Attack...? - Orrin trips and pokes the opponent with his horn on accident, oops! 
Refresh - Orrin takes a powernap in the middle of fighting to heal status ailments
Acid Armor - Orrin changes his mollecular structure to 'melt' into water, raising his defense greatly. Useful for marco polo, they won't suspect a thing
Charm - Orrin makes an effort to look especially adorable to guilt the opponent into using weaker attacks

A result from an extensive breeding program and sheer luck, Orrin's goldeen-like coloration would be greatly obscured had he not been born with a deficiency of blue pigment. He's inherited these normally hidden markings from a seaking grandparent, a species that normally would be unable to interbreed with the eevee line if not for help from mailmer's line to bridge the gap.
